Our commitment. We want this website to be usable by everyone, including older adults and people with vision, hearing, mobility, or cognitive disabilities.
Target standard. We design and test toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. We do not yet claim full conformance; a formal accessibility audit has not been completed. [VERIFY: update after independent testing.]
What we have done so far.
- Large, readable text and high-contrast colors
- Keyboard navigation with visible focus indicators and a "Skip to content" link
- Descriptive text for meaningful images
- Layouts that adapt to phones, tablets, and desktops
- Reduced motion for visitors who request it in their device settings
Known limitations.
- No formal third-party audit or assistive-technology user testing has been completed.
- Linked external websites (Quantum Care Place, Quantum Adult Day) are separately operated and outside this review.
- Website policies are posted as drafts pending legal review.
